Michael Lewis is a writer who specializes in non-fiction writing. His first book, Liar's Poker was published in 1989, and is very highly regarded. He has written many more books, and most are very successful. Two of his books, Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game and The Blindside: Evolution of a Game, were even turned into movies. Lewis also writes as a journalist, and has written and edited many financial articles.
On a more personal side, Lewis was born in 1960, and graduated from Princeton with a BA in art history. In 1985, he went on to get his master's degree from the London School of Economics. He currently lives with his wife Tabitha Soren in Berkeley, California, and they have three children together.
